Kevin is literally the best. My family is new to town and he came over and checked out our house, went down into the crawlspace, educated us on what to look for and what we could expect living in BV (I didn't know badgers and black widows were a thing here...yikes!). In addition to the education, he provided great humor and conversation. At the end of it all, he wouldn't take our money and advised us to wait until the spring to do any sort of pest management. I was so thoroughly impressed - when he left I turned to my husband and said "can that guy be our new best friend?". Can't recommend highly enough!

Wow, we couldn't be happier!  We had a time sensitive situation with possible bedbugs.  Kevin not only responded quickly to our call for help, but he also came to our aid on a timely way.  He was extremely thorough in looking through the furniture and clothing we were concerned about.  He also educated us so that we were empowered to more accurately diagnose bug problems on our own in the future.  He was so extremely respectful, never talking down to us or being patronizing.  He is an excellent teacher, and he is thorough, and he was more than generous with his time and his expertise.  You need a good pest management person, I'd say Kevin is the one to seek out.

Within a month they were eradicated. I live out of state and Kevin went above and beyond with weekly reports on the progress. So helpful and knowledgeable. I feel safe staying at the cabin.

Kevin conducted himself very professionally and took his time to investigate the issue and spoke to me regarding the issue.
